Hopes and Dreams "Seniors" presentation

Proving that it’s never too early to take up gymnastics the pre-schoolers from Hopes & Dreams day nursery were recently presented with certificates recognising their attendance over two years at weekly Pre-School Gym sessions under the guidance of Lynn Graham, Manx Gymnastics' dedicated pre-school gymnastics coach.

Lynn commented: “It’s great to see the way that the Hopes & Dreams children have developed over the last two years.  I’m sure that they have the potential to become good gymnasts and we look forward to them joining the club and progressing their skills.  Gymnastics is a brilliant sport for young children as it helps their physical development and spatial awareness amongst other things.  The Pre-school gym sessions provide the foundations for them to develop as gymnasts as they get older.”
