Lloyds TSB continue the journey with IOMGA

The Island gymnastics association was very pleased to invite along Jonathon Potts of Lloyds TSB to the IOMGA squad training session on Sunday. He was there to officially present the cheque for continued sponsorship to Haresh Measuria, the association chairman.

Long standing sponsors of gymnastics, Lloyds TSB have this year recognised the ongoing demands of providing for an ever increasing level of talent within the sport. This has resulted in a very generous three year package which will see the association receiving £6000 each year “for the journey” to the Youth Commonwealth Games in the Island in 2011.

The sport continues to spread its wings with the new Southern Gymnastics club joining the association during the year and the other two member clubs maintaining memberships of over 300 gymnasts.

The association is very grateful for the support from Lloyds TSB and to Jonathon for his personal assistance.
